Mechanical Design Engineer
Full Time
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design and develop new product designs from various industry verticals which involve plastics, sheet metal, weldments, and machined parts.
- Draft 2D drawings for manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of FEA Setup and Analysis.
- Ability to creatively solve problems while designing new products.
- Work in a team and support other team members.
- Responsible for detailed engineering design of complex parts in the project.
- Able to communicate the status accurately to customers in English.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience is necessary.
- Should have excellent 3D designing and modeling skills.
- Relevant experience in SolidWorks’ modeling along with training from a recognized institute is preferred.
- Should have knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, sheet metal, 3D printing, thermoforming, welding, etc.
- Experience in Machine design is a plus.
- Knows 2D drawing creation for manufacturing.
- Should have experience in team management and project delivery.
- Good communication skills in English and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Have passion and a sense of urgency to succeed.
- B.E in Mechanical Engineering.
- Having experience in NX will be a plus.
Embedded Engineer

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Designing and developing a new embedded system from scratch as per product requirements.
- Component selection includes controller, sensors, power supply, etc as per the application.
- Review and interpret the datasheet of the selected components and help decide how it can be used to make the overall system work.
- Hardware setup and testing for validation of components.
- Firmware development and testing to achieve the desired functionality.
- PCB design to achieve product robustness.
- Selection of sensors, microcontroller, battery, etc. as per product requirements.
- Testing, debugging, and improvising.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Should have great problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to break down complex problems into measurable solvable problems.
- Knowledge and experience in programming languages such as C, C++, and/or Python.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, MODBUS, and TCP.
- Knowledge of AC and DC power-operated devices, Audio, Bluetooth, WIFI modules, Motor Control, and Battery-Operated Devices.
- Knowledge of battery sensing and related circuit development.
- Ability to create, read, and interpret electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of using Arduino, MPLAB, STM32 & TI programming IDE is preferred.
- Knowledge of LabVIEW is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Execute social media and digital marketing campaigns to generate new client leads.

- Create and publish content, including technical blogs, to effectively promote Improvians Engineering Services on the company page.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, crafting compelling content to engage prospects on a weekly basis.
