Pratik Baldota is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in product design, development, and manufacturing. As the CEO of Improvians Engineering Services, he guides the company's innovation and quality standards. Pratik holds a Master of Science in Design from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Previously, he excelled as a Senior Design Engineer at Molex, USA, in the automotive division, where he enhanced his expertise in engineering solutions.
