Pratik Baldota is the founder and CEO of Improvians. He started in this industry as Mechanical Engineer holding Masters in Science (M.S) in Design from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA. His last position was of Senior Design Engineer in Transportation Division in Molex, USA. Having extensively worked with teams in US, Europe, China, India, and Korea, he brings in a right blend of work culture, values, and experiences to provide high-quality customer centric engineering outsourcing services to all our global clients.
